Ebury SW1: Keep Informed and Tell Us What Matters Most To You


Ebury SW1 is one of Westminster City Council’s flagship regeneration projects rejuvenating an existing 1930s estate and transforming it into a sustainable modern neighbourhood. 

With phase one completion achieved, a total of 226 new homes have been built and residents began moving into their new homes from the end of 2024.  In 2025, the council will prepare for work on phase two that will deliver 334 homes, and facilities and spaces including a new community hub, play facilities, and new shops and cafes. As we prepare to start work on phase two we want to ensure we understand the best ways to keep you informed and to enable opportunities for you to be further involved in the regeneration programme.
